Another lawsuit was filed today in connection with the crash of Comair flight 5191, but this time the company who made the jet is being targeted.
The family of Cecile Moscoe is suing Montreal-based Bombardier, Inc. The company made the Canadair Regional Jet that crashed at Blue Grass Airport on August 27th.
The lawsuit, filed in Cincinnati, alleges that, "some or all of the passengers on the plane would have survived the crash except for the violent fire." The lawsuit claims the plane's design didn't provide passengers with enough protection from the highly flammable jet fuel.
