A fourth person has died as a result of an accident that happened back in August.

Lori Latham died Saturday. She was a passenger in the van that hit a tree and burst into flames on Watts mill Road in Jessamine County.
Three children died in that crash.

Police say Melissa Helton was driving the car that night, and that she was drunk at the time of the crash. Latham's son says Helton should pay for his mother's death.

"I want her to go straight to the pen, and she's going be buried under the pen," said Adam Latham.

Helton faces three murder charges. She could now face an additional charge for Latham's death.
