Jail inmate dies of injuries after fight

GRAYSON, Ky. (AP) - State police say an inmate at a jail in northeastern Kentucky has been charged with reckless homicide for a
fight that fatally injured another inmate.

A grand jury in Carter County indicted 27-year-old Charles Finley on a charge of reckless homicide for the April 21 fight. State police say Emanuel Reyes died on April 26 in a local hospital as a result of injuries sustained in the fight.

State police conducted an investigation of the incident and Commonwealth's Attorney David Flatt presented the findings to the grand jury. The grand jury returned the indictment on Tuesday.

Finley, of Ashland, remains in the Carter County Detention Center.
