General showers will be the main action over the next few hours. A few could remain on the strong to severe side in eastern parts of Kentucky.
It was a rocky start to election day in some parts of the state. The secretary of state's office says authorities were called in Wolfe County.
That's when they say a challenger showed up at a precinct and wasn't supposed to be there. That person was removed from the premises. The Menifee County Judge Executive says they've also received reports of voting machines locking up there.
There's also word of machine malfunctions in Magoffin County. Also at least two Jefferson County voting machines were late recording votes because precinct workers arrived late.
There have been scattered complaints in other counties about possible irregularities.
