A man, convicted of killing a Kentucky woman and wanted for murder in Mississippi, has been arrested in Cincinnati.
The U.S. Marshals captured Richard Lambert on Thursday night.
They say he murdered a man in Gulfport, Mississippi on Monday, then dismembered the man's body and tossed it into a bay.
Lambert was also convicted of reckless homicide in northern Kentucky back in 2001.
Police say in that case, Lambert threw the victims body into the Ohio River.
At the time of his arrest Thursday night, Lambert was wanted on a parole violation for leaving the state of Kentucky.
