He was originally charged with murder, but now a grand jury has indicted Timothy Geneve for manslaughter.

The 24-year old is accused of driving drunk and hitting a man as he walked out the door of his sister's Lexington home. The accident happened on Patchen Drive in August.

Police tell us Geneve lost control of his pick-up truck, side swiped several parked cars and took out some trees. He then drove into a yard where he hit 29-year old Charlie Johnson.

Johnson was killed from the impact. Johnson was an attorney in Bourbon County.

Geneve will be arraigned in court next Monday.
