An anonymous tip leads to a child pornography arrest in Bourbon County.
Police served a search warrant at an apartment on Horton Drive in Paris Wednesday afternoon. Investigators seized computer equipment.
39-year old Karl Kilckner lives in the apartment. Police charged him with distributing and possessing child porn.
The investigation is continuing. Investigators say Klickner could also face federal charges.
