Mutt Strut held to raise money for homeless animals

Rain showers Monday morning didn't dampen the spirits of hundreds of people who got up early to raise money for homeless pets.

The 12th annual Mutt Strut kicked off at 9:00 at Keeneland.

Hundreds of people and their pets came out to help raise money for the Lexington Humane Society.

The Mutt Strut is one of the main fundraisers for the Lexington Human Society, which cares for about 5,000 animals each year.
