We're getting new information about the number of H1N1 infections in Kentucky.
A spokesperson for the state Health Department says there have been 38 cases confirmed but no deaths.
The most recent case was a student at Madison Central High School in the special education program.
Parents have been told about the case, and the school has been disinfected. It will remain open for the rest of the school year.
