Murder suspect asks to have case sent to grand jury

The case against a southern Kentucky man, charged with murder, is moving ahead at his own request.

Daniel Grubb is charged in the murder of Jeremy Johnson.

Johnson's body was discovered earlier this month in the Indian Creek area of Knox County. He disappeared last June.

During a court hearing on Tuesday, the judge granted Grubb's request to send his case to the grand jury.
