GLASGOW, Ky. (AP) - A deer hunter is dead after he fell out of a
boat in which he was transporting a deer he had killed in south-central Kentucky.

State Department of Fish and Wildlife Sergeant Larry Wells says the body of 58-year-old Hinkle resident Billy Bright was found in the Barren River Reservoir in south-central Kentucky Sunday afternoon.

Wells says family members hunting with Bright reported him missing and several emergency responders began searching the shoreline Saturday. Bright's body was found about 100 yards from where his boat was found partially submerged in about 15 feet of water.
