Those close to the hiring investigation involving Governor Ernie Fletcher could learn more from a report, released by the special grand jury, Wednesday morning.

A closed door, private hearing was set for nine Wednesday morning in Frankfort.

Judge Reed Rhorer says the grand jury report will not be released to the public until the governor's attorneys see it, and have a chance to make any objections.

The grand jury returned 29 indictments in the case, including misdemeanor charges against the governor. Those charges were later dropped in a deal with state prosecutors.
