In Boyle County, someone has been stealing money jars for the county's, Christmas toy drive.

Danville Fire Chief Mike Thomas and his department have run the Christmas toy drive for years. They place canisters on countertops at area businesses to collect money. Four of the canisters disappeared.

A 14-year old was caught on surveillance at one location. He confessed to the crime by coming to the fire station and delivering an apology letter. His parents even made a contribution to the toy drive.

Still, there are others out there that haven't been caught.
