A Lincoln county man is dead after suffocating while trapped in a piece of farm equipment.
Waynesburg man Glenn Day was killed by a hay bailer late Tuesday afternoon. Day had been bailing hay when the machine got clogged.
Authorities say he stepped inside of the machine to unclog it, and the door closed on him.
The Lincoln County Coroner says Day became trapped and subsequently suffocated.
