Health officials say Silberman's surgery went very well, and he is now on his way to recovery. We're told doctors will not know what type of infection Silberman had, but they expect results to show the cause of infection within the next 48 hours.

During surgery, doctors cleaned Silberman's wounds from a previous surgery. Silberman was re-admitted to UK Hospital Thursday because of a bicycle accident that happened October 8th.

Silberman broke his pelvis and collarbone on Huffman Mill Pike and had to undergo two rounds of surgery.
