A line of strong to severe storms will race across central and eastern Kentucky over the next several hours.
Four people are recovering after a head-on crash in Harlan County.
It happened in the Sand Hill community of Cumberland around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police say Lee Hatfield, 28, of Cumberland was driving drunk on Kentucky 522 when he hit a car being driven by Glenda Polly, 30, of Line Fork head-on.
Police say Hatfield then veered off the road and hit a man standing in front of his home.
Polly and her passenger, Lisa Halcomb, 40, were taken to Harlan ARH for multiple injuries.
Hatfield's passenger, Wendy Osborne, 21, of Cumberland was airlifted to a Tennessee hosptial.
Hatfield was charged with DUI, four counts of assault, no insurance and expired tags.
