Gillispie has agreed to sell his home after just six days on the
The Lexington Herald-Leader reports a doctor with three children
purchased the Jessamine County property. Realtor Whitney Pannell
wouldn't disclose the price. Gillispie was asking $1.5 million two
years after buying it for $1.4 million.
The European-style house includes a theater, library, exercise
room and wine cellar. Closing is set for mid-July.
Gillispie was fired as the Wildcats' coach after last season. He
has sued the university for at least $6 million in severance pay.
