BURLINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A Cincinnati man, who police say has a history of domestic violence, has been charged in the death of his wife who was run over by his car in northern Kentucky.
The Kentucky Enquirer reported the arrest of 41-year-old Paul Walz. He is charged with second-degree manslaughter after Carisa Walz was run over early Saturday on Kentucky Rt. 20 in Boone County.
A sheriff's office report said Carisa Walz opened the car door to vomit and fell out and was run over, but Paul Walz didn't immediately report the incident.
The Enquirer reported an Ohio protection order was issued against Walz two weeks ago after his wife said he ran over her foot with his car after they argued about their pending divorce.
