FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky economic development officials are presenting a couple of forums aimed at helping small businesses and entrepreneurs.
The first forum is set for this Wednesday in Russellville. The second event will be Thursday in Cave City.
The free conferences will offer tips on federal, state and local resource organizations that provide financing, marketing and other services to help small businesses grow.
A panel of entrepreneurs from the area will offer their advice.
Optional one-on-one business funding consultations will also be
State Economic Development Cabinet official John Cole III says the forums are a good way to gain more information about programs that can help businesses in today's tough economic climate. Cole is director of the cabinet's Small Business Services Division.
