A man, accused of gunning down a co-worker inside a Lexington middle school, will soon be brought back to the bluegrass.
27-year-old Brian McGuire turned himself in Wednesday to authorities in Kansas City, Missouri.
Lexington police had been looking for him since Tuesday morning's murder of Danny Donato at Leestown Middle School.
On Thursday, McGuire signed a waiver of extradition. Local officials say it could a week or two before he's brought back to Kentucky.
Funeral arrangements are now set for Donato.
Visitation will be Friday from 4:00-9:00 at Kerr Brother's Funeral Home on Harrodsburg Road in Lexington.
His funeral will also be held there at 12:30 Saturday afternoon.
