On Thursday, a reverend, charged with killing a Kentucky prosecutor, appeared in court.
Police arrested Daniel Gabbard for wanton murder after a deadly car crash in Pendleton County earlier this week.
Police say Gabbard was under the influence of alcohol when his semi hit Commonwealth's Attorney Doug Wright's car, killing him.
At Thursday's hearing in Cincinnati, Gabbard entered a not guilty plea and waived extradition to go back to Kentucky.
Gabbard is the pastor at a Cincinnati church.
Wright was the commonwealth's attorney for Harrison, Nicholas, Pendleton, and Robertson counties. He was 48.
Wright's funeral will be Friday at 2:00 at Trinity Southern Baptist Church in Falmouth.
