Lexington police say the shots rang out just after 3:30 Saturday morning at the intersection of Third and Race streets.

On arrival they found a 20-year-old man deceased outside the
Pak-n-Save and three others were shot outside the store.

Dwayne Johnson of Lexington was pronounced dead of a gunshot wound at UK Hospital just after 4:00 a.m.

The others shot were 21-year-old Jamaur Yocum, 27-year-old Anthony Burnett, and 49-year-old Karlan Morton.

As of late Saturday evening, Morton had been released from UK Hospital and Burnett was listed in fair condition.

Yocum's condition was unknown, but police say all three suffered non-life threatening injuries

Police say their investigation is still in its preliminary stages and no suspects have been arrested. But they do have 'persons of interest'

It is not known either, if the victims themselves were also the shooters.

Anyone with information is urged to call Lexington Police at (859) 258-3700.
