Woman Killed In Nicholasville Road Car Crash

Nicholasville Road Wreck Sends Three to Hospital

Fayette County Coroner has confirmed the death of 32 year-old Stephanie L. Williams, who was involved in a car wreck.

Lexington Police say the crash happened Friday night at the Nicholasville Rd. and Burt Rd. intersection, around 10:00. Police say Williams died Friday night at UK Medical Center from multiple blunt force injuries.

So far there is no information about the other two people sent to UK Medical Center. Witnesses tell 27 NEWSFIRST a Saturn slammed into an SUV. The top was ripped off the Saturn and an SUV was knocked on it's side.

Nicholasville Road was down to one lane on both sides.
