Some storms are possible during the morning and afternoon on Tuesday. Damaging winds and flooding will be the main threats. With an already soaked ground, expect strong winds to easily bring down some trees.
We now know the names of two people killed in a fiery crash along the Hal Rogers Parkway in Clay County.
Police say a car crossed the center line, colliding with the tanker on Monday afternoon, killing 39-year-old Richard Napier of Manchester and 48-year-old Jimmie Baker of Bulan.
The tanker was carrying gasoline and exploded, forcing evacuations and shutting the parkway down hours.
Investigators expect are unsure what caused the car to cross the parkway.
