PADUCAH, Ky. (AP) - A Paducah hotel along the riverfront closed for the second time in a year after failing to pay its electric bill.

The Paducah Sun reports that the Executive Inn closed on Sunday and its power was shut off Monday after the local utility said the hotel has not paid its bills since electricity was restored in March.
A foreclosure lawsuit on a delinquent $3.5 million loan is expected to be filed in McCracken Circuit Court.
Florida hotel developer Bill Parsons, who has been operating the hotel since April, has yet to finalize the purchase of the hotel. Mayor Bill Paxton said he was looking to the future without Parsons as the owner.
