Father And Son Sentenced In Fayette County Federal Court

He spent two months hiding from police in the Eastern Kentucky woods, now he'll spend the next 12 years in prison.

A Federal judge in Lexington sentenced Eddie Baker Senior Monday on several drug and weapon charges. He pleaded guilty to the crimes this summer.

Police arrested Baker in March after he spent two months hiding out in the mountains behind his Breathitt County home. During his time on the run, he sent several written and video messages to the media claiming his innocence.

The judged also sentenced Baker's son on drug charges, he will serve five years in prison.
