Police Investigate Death Threat at West Jessamine Middle School

A police investigation is underway at West Jessamine Middle school in Nicholasville.

Police say they've uncovered a plot by two students to kill a classmate. The investigation comes after a teacher found a notebook detailing the death of a 13-year-old student.

The mother of the teen who was allegedly threatened says if it's a prank it's gone too far. Police say the notebook details the plans to post a website about the death.

The two students have been suspended pending the outcome of the criminal investigation.
