General showers will be the main action over the next few hours. A few could remain on the strong to severe side in eastern parts of Kentucky.
A Jessamine County crash killed 24 year-old Dominique Stewart last November 6th, now a man has been indicted for his murder.
Police say 34 year old Christopher Allen crossed the center line of US 27 and hit Stewart's car.
At the time of the crash witnesses described seeing Allen swerve all over the road and police told us there were some items inside Allen's car that caused them to order toxicology tests.
Now we're told Allen has been indicted for murder along with driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance and wanton endangerment.
Dominique Stewart left behind a pregnant fiance and a memorial fund has been set up by his co-workers at Toyota in Nicholasville.
