State health officials say a powdery substance found last night at the Kentucky National Guard Headquarters was not toxic.
Investigators still don't know what the substance is.
Last night, a woman who works there went to the hospital after complaining of a burning irritation in her eyes and lips.
She found the powder while opening an envelope.
That worker is now home from the hospital.
