House considering bill to allow video slots at racetracks

A vote on expanded gambling in the state of the Kentucky could come at anytime Friday afternoon.

For much of the morning, members of the house went over each part of the bill. Debate on the bill started at around noon.

On Thursday, the house appropriations and revenue committee approved the bill that would allow video slots at Kentucky horse tracks.

Opponents say more gambling would be bad for the state.
