HEBRON, Ky. (AP) - A commuter flight has made a safe landing in
northern Kentucky after the pilot couldn't retract the landing
Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport spokeswoman
Barb Schempf told The Kentucky Enquirer that Jet Link flight 2424
took off about 5 p.m. Sunday and the pilot radioed the tower,
saying the gear wouldn't retract into the plane's belly.
The flight - which was headed to Newark, N.J. - returned to the
airport and landed without incident.
Schempf said the passenger boarded another plane for the flight.
Jet Link is a regional carrier for Continental Airlines.
