Fatal Fire In Woodford County Kills Man

A fire rips through a Woodford County home, killing an elderly man.

The fire broke out on Regent Court in Versailles at around midnight. A 77-year-old man died in the fire.

Officials say the fire started in the garage then engulfed to roof and attic of the house. William Hoskins was found in a bedroom in the home, but he later died at the hospital.

Officials say the fire may have burned for some time before anyone reported it. Arson is not suspected in the fire.
