Investigators want to find person who targeted magistrate

A reward has grown from $1,000 to $21,000 to help catch an arsonist in Bracken County.

Someone threw a Molotov cocktail into Bracken County Magistrate Neil Brumley's home on Memorial Day, sending it up in flames.

Brumley and his wife made it out of the home safely.

Brumley cast the deciding vote in a zoning matter before the fiscal court that week.

Investigators believe people are afraid to come forward, but they hope extra reward money will help.
