LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - The Kentucky court system has hired a new
director to oversee its $880 million courthouse construction
The Lexington Herald-Leader reported that Jamshid Baradaran will
join the Administrative Office of the Courts effective Wednesday.
His predecessor, Garlan VanHook, resigned earlier this year amid
questions about bonding practices.
Baradaran retired from the Kentucky Horse Park in 2008, where he
oversaw capital construction projects and day-to-day operations.
