Print

An Eastern Kentucky businessman is in some serious trouble.
The Attorney General's Office says they caught the owner of a Johnson County septic tank service, dumping raw sewage into the Big Sandy River.

Investigators arrested Dave Bowling for illegal dumping.
Bowling's truck says water, but investigators say he was hauling human waste.
