Seized dogs placed in foster care

There's finally some good news for dozens of dogs, found living in filth in Rockcastle County.

Animal control officers removed 38 dogs from a home there earlier this week.

27 NEWSFIRST has learned that most of those animals have been placed in foster care.

Linda Alcorn, the woman who owns the home, has been charged with animal neglect and cruelty. She's since bonded out of jail.
