He went on an illegal shopping spree in one southern Kentucky town, taking a pricey piece of hardware from a store without paying.
Now police are trying to find the culprit and are using modern technology to help.
They hope surveillance video of a man who walked right into a store and snatched a laptop computer will help lead to his arrest.
It happened last Monday at the Radio Shack in Corbin.
The man seen in the surveillance video first looks around the store to make sure no one is looking, then pulls the laptop right off the shelf. You then see him go behind another aisle where he then tucks the laptop under his shirt and walks right out of the store.
The Laurel County Sheriff's Department say they need the public's help identifying the thief.
