A line of strong to severe storms will race across central and eastern Kentucky over the next several hours.
They were supposed to be putting out fires, but instead investigators now suspect four Boyle County firefighters were actually setting them.
The investigation goes back several months and the fire department says the men may be behind more than a dozen fires.
Three firefighters have been suspended, the fourth suspect was a former firefighter. Investigators say as many as 12 to 14 fires were set in Boyle and Marion Counties.
All the fires were at abandoned homes, barns and hay bales. So far no charged have been made at this time, but the firefighters could be charged with arson, and multiple counts of wanton endangerment.
Kentucky state police is investigating the claims.
Officials tell us there was also a junior firefighter involved in these fires.
