A new development could be coming to the area around Blue Grass Airport.
The Airport Board met Wednesday to discuss a potential real estate transaction, involving 23 acres of land along Man O'War Boulevard.
For permission to develop the land, the developers would give the airport 14 acres to be used for parking.
The land lies on both sides of Airport Road.
