Gas Station Robbed
Lexington police responded to an early morning robbery today.
The robbery took place at the Thornton's Gas Station on South Broadway around 2:15 a.m.
Police say a man came into the gas station, implied that he had a weapon and demanded money.
There were no injuries.
The suspect got away with an undetermined amount of money.
Police say he's a white male, approximately 5'6. One witness says he was wearing a yellow jacket.
Police are still investigating.
