Somerset Police have announced two arrests in the case of a pipe bomb scare that forced a neighborhood to evacuate Thursday afternoon.
Ember Collins, 20, and Robert Ware, 31, face wanton endangerment and drug possession charges.
It all started when police went to Jacksboro Street in Ferguson, where they say they found what appeared to be a pipe bomb and other explosives.
Investigators say they must analyze and do tests on all the materials to determine if they are explosive.
