Trick or treat hours will find temps dropping through the 30s with gusty winds and some rain and snow filling the air. Wraparound band of snow moves in Friday night into Saturday morning across central and eastern Kentucky. That's the one that could drop some light accumulations on grassy areas and elevated surfaces.
Possible pipe bombs, explosive powders, and other bomb making materials were discovered in a Pulaski County home late Thursday afternoon.
Police responded to a home on Jacksboro Road in the Ferguson community following a 911 hang-up call. Once at the home Somerset Police officers spotted what appeared to be a pipe bomb. The officers called in Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms officials and bomb experts.
The agencies searched the home and found numerous supplies used to make bombs and explosives.
The man living in the home is not being charged with a crime. Agencies are continuing their investigation before filing any charges.
