A new program for children with disabilities to play soccer is picking up steam in Lexington.
Saturday, there was an event for people to learn more about top-soccer at Fayette Mall.
The program is put on by Lysa, and is for children with physical or mental disabilities, ages 4 and up.
Volunteers say every child should have the chance to play soccer, and it's a great way for them to make new friends, learn how to play, and most importantly, have fun.
To learn more about top soccer, there is a community night on Monday from 7 to 8-30 at the Kentucky Indoor Soccer and Sports Center on Reynolds Road.
