Former Fayette Co. teacher to go on trial

A former Lexington teacher is scheduled to go on trial Monday on charges he sodomized students in the 1970s.

Former Beaumont Junior High School students Thomas Goodman and Carol Lynne Maner claim Jack Hubbard had inappropriate relationships with them.

Maner won a nearly $4 million dollar verdict against the Fayette County School board in 2007.

She claimed the board ignord a pattern of sexual abuse by teachers.

Hubbard was arrested during the civil trial.
