Judge will allow evidence in murder case

One day before a woman accused of killing her husband is set to go on trial, her attorney's are in court trying to get some statements thrown out.

Prosecutors say Pam Bartley shot and killed her husband Carl inside their Jeffersonville home back in July 2007.

Carl Bartley was found dead in the garage with a gunshot wound to the head.

Bartley's trial is scheduled to begin Tuesday.

In court Monday, a judge has decided to allow some statements that family members had made prior to the deadly shooting. Family members claim Carl had told them he felt threatened by Pam.

Pam Bartley has pleaded not guilty in her husband's murder.
