Print

Three people have been arrested in connection with the murder of a woman whose body still hasn't been found.

Sheriff Bob Jordan says Don Reed, 62-years old, is charged with the murder of 28-year old Brandy Rowe.

Paul D. "Spanky" Arnett, 41-years old, and Linda Risner Arnett, 40-years old, are charged with facilitation to commit murder. All three are charged with tampering with evidence and are being lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.

Police say the last time Rowe was seen was nearly two weeks ago.

They say she was heading to a rural area bordering Breathitt County.

Then, police say they got a tip that Rowe had been shot and her body dumped in that rural area.

Police did not release the relationship between the suspects and Rowe, but did say they have evidence to make the arrests.

Investigators continue to search for her body and are now being assisted by the KSP K-9 unit .
