The trial of a Montgomery County woman is postponed, after court officials weren't able to seat a jury.

Investigators say Pam Bartley shot her husband, Carl, in the back of the head.

It happened inside their Montgomery County home back in 2007.

Jury selection in her trial began Tuesday.

Out of a pool of 83 people, nearly all were dismissed because they either had some knowledge of the Bartley family, a potential witness, or another reason for dismissal.

We spoke with Bill Bartley the brother of the victim who says he's disappointed by the fact the trial has been postponed but not surprised.

He says as he walked into court on Tuesday, the day of jury selection, he saw a lot of familiar faces and had a feeling most of the people would be dismissed from the case.

A status hearing will be held next month.
