Some storms are possible during the morning and afternoon on Tuesday. Damaging winds and flooding will be the main threats. With an already soaked ground, expect strong winds to easily bring down some trees.
WASHINGTON (AP) - Kentucky Sen. Jim Bunning is reporting that he raised $302,466 from April through June for his re-election next year, less than a fellow Republican who may run for his seat.
Republican Trey Grayson, Kentucky's secretary of state who says he is looking at a possible Senate run, raised more than $600,000 during the same period.
Democrat Jack Conway has eclipsed them both, raising $1.3 million since he entered the race in April.
Grayson and Republican Rand Paul are positioning themselves to run if Bunning pulls out of the race. The 77-year-old senator has left open the possibility that he may withdraw if his own fundraising doesn't improve.
Bunning has raised a total of $1.2 million since he narrowly won re-election in 2004.
