Six Arrested After Series Of Church Burglaries

RICHMOND, Ky. (AP) - Six central Kentucky men have been arrested
and charged with third-degree burglary after allegedly robbing nearly a dozen Richmond-area churches late last year.

Police charged Kevin Intorre, Michael Henderson, Robert Coney, Eddie Campbell Junior and Derek Ward with breaking into 11 churches in October and November of last year. All five men are 18-years-old and Richmond residents. A 17-year-old boy from Richmond has also been charged in the crimes.

The men are charged with stealing money and computer items from the churches. Police say additional charges, including vehicle theft, are pending.
