The Lexington man accused of holding a gun to a baby's head says he didn't do it.
J.J. Wilson was formally charged with robbery and kidnapping after police say he and Audreal Hopkins barged into a Lexington home took cash from the owner and held up a baby with a gun.
Wilson says that's not what happened. He claims that while in the home, Hopkins and the homeowner got in a fight, when he saw the baby was in the line of danger, he says he picked the baby up to move it. He says he never harmed, or held a gun to the baby's head. He claims others are falsely accusing him -- why he won't say.
